It is extremely useful for
- Getting rid of obsolete html files and linked files: items no longer in stock or no longer wanted to be displayed in your website.
- Deleting linked files after updating multimedia databases content.
- Deleting guestbooks and weblogs.
As it proved to be an extremely fast and accurate tool for my personal and professional use I decided to fine tune it and make it a commercial project to help webmasters in similar situations.

This tool allows you to selectively delete files (eg: you can delete only the target .htm/html file, only its associated images and files or both. If you need to preserve some linked images or files you can always do it.
